can't access .aspx web page

I have install IIS and dotNetFramework2.0 in my Windows XP Pro.
I have set the asp.net version to 2.0.
but the IIS run well with .asp web page, but can't access .aspx page.

How can I do?

Try registering asp.net:

aspnet_regiis -i

Also check that your IIS is running under 2 and not 1.1 - it's selectable
now....
I ran into a trusted website problem today at a remote site so this too can
cause problems....
