How to make use of javaScript functions stored in a .js file?

I have 2 javaScript files that contains commonly used functions. I need to
include them in most of my aspx pages. Can we still use <!--#INCLUDE
FILE="intro.htm"--> as we did in asp pages?

I'd use <script ...src="intro.js"...
