Server error 401.3 HELP!

Hi

I have some simple VB.NET code to access a DB (the code is below).
BUT, I'm getting a dialog box asking for the Network Password, which doesn't
accept anything I enter, then after 3 attempts resolves to a 'Server Error
401.3' error with the following text:

"Access is denied due to NT ACLs on the requested file."

Now, before starting access to my Sql Server with the code below, I didn't
have a problem...

Any ideas?
