Improving the Interface

Hi Guys,

I am in search of some innovative ideas in improving the interface of Online
Marking System. At the moment it has some good functionality, but lacks a
professional interface.

Is there a way of improving the whole interface of the system to make it
look consistent as well as professional. Any useful links will be appreciated!

Also, how can we copy incorporate the same layout of an existing web-site in
to our asp.net application.
