Getting SBS 2003 to run my web page!

jt
I have created a web page that takes in user input via text boxes and puts
the results in an Access Database. It works fine on my development machine,
however when I try to host it on my SBS 2003 server the database will not
reflect the input anymore. I think it has something to do with the .Net
framework but I looked in the Add/Remove programs on the SBS server and it
has .Net framework 1.1- Device update 4.0.

Does anyone have any ideas on what my solution is?
