I'm going to make my own website ,but I'm not very good at design.I just
wondered how some people have exactly same pattern for all the pages in
their website ,I mean the right,left,bottom and top panes remain exactly the
same and only the middle information is changed based on the page users go
to. Is there some kind of business templates or something which I can
customize and embed my ASP.NET codes into it?

You could make the use of ASP.NET Web User Controls. They are simply ASPX
page parts, more or less kind of macros. You can insert them on every page
you create. You could even write a content control which injects the <body>
part of other web pages of your's into the central part of you page.

You can get a predesigned template to start with here: http://www.asp.net/StarterKits
You can have all the pages the same if you wish, but these kits also provide
additional flexibility and they're fairly easy to configure and customize.

Ver 2.0 of ASP.Net has Master File templates that will greatly simplify this
process.
But if you can't wait ....

I know ,I am using Web express 2005 and its personal site is awesome
template to start with.What I am looking for is a template more likely to
create a business type of web site.

What I am looking for is a template more likely to create a business type of
web site .The starterkits are great to start with .I think I'll pick up the
portal one .
Any other suggestions ??
