Response.Write really isn't the best way to do this. You're probably
looking for something more along the lines of the RegisterStartupScript() or
RegisterClientScriptBlock() methods of the Page class. What you have
described really boils down to trying to perform a client side operation via
a server operation. You could use Response.Write to write out the same
script you would write out with one of the above mentioned methods but the
methods provide for better control of placement than a call to
Response.Write would allow for.
With either option you'll need to use DHTML to perform the refresh. You'll
also need to include all of the script tag information.
