Why am I getting this error?

I am trying to display a page that has a data grid on it. I get this
message

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file
required to service this request. Please review the specific error details
below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Access is denied: 'DataAccessLayer'.

The "<add assembly="*"/>" line is the big clue. Are you running Indexing
Service on the web server machine? If so, stop the service and the problem
should go away.

i am getting same kind of error and i don't any index service running on
my machine. I just create application using VS.net and ran that
application getting below error.... pls advise me what could be the
issue
