dyynamically create a form with a textbox

Im looking for a way to dynamically append a textbox to a dataset in a form then be able to access the textbox contents to update the dataset.

Response.Write("<Form id='form1' runat='server' Method='post'>");
Response.Write("<table runat='server'>");
Response.Write("<th>Description</th><th>Size</th><th>WHSE-LOC</th><th>Stock Number</th><th>Amount</th>");
while(reader.Read())
{
Response.Write("<tr>");
for(int i =0; i< 4; i++)
{
if (!reader.IsDBNull(i))
Response.Write("<td>"+ (string)reader.GetString(i)+ "</td>");
else
Response.Write("<td></td>");
}
Response.Write("<td><input id='cell"+counter+"' size = '10' type='text' runat='server' /></td>");
Response.Write("</tr>");
counter++;
}
Response.Write("<tr><td><input type='button' id='gen' Value='Results' runat='server' onclick='report()+' /></td></tr>");
Response.Write("</table>");
Response.Write("</Form>");
reader.Close();

This is how i create the form ... is there a way to get the contents of this form???
