Which indexer to use?

Hi
I am developing a library system for an intranet. I need to be able to
properly index the contents
of uploaded files and will be providing a seach interface to the index
database.

I have used mnoGoSearch in the past (a few years ago), and was wondering
what
peoples recommendations might be.

I need to index the usual stuff, doc, xls, pdf. Functionallity for stop
words etc to avoid indexing common words.

Look forward reading any suggestions.

Hi

I had thought of using it, but could not find much info on pdf indexing
support.
It seems that adobe provide a filter, so further investigation required.

Thanks for your comments
Chris
