MSDN Survey Sample don't work!

Hello. I have installed the MSDN Survey Sample and get the following error message when I try to run http://localhost/survey/surveyform.aspx

Server Error in '/Survey' Applicatio
A column named 'Answer' already belongs to this DataTable: Cannot set a nested table name to the same name

Has anybody else had this error message?
