vbs question

Hello to all.

I'm trying to create a word document, with this code in
vbs.

Set oWord = CreateObject("Word.Application")

With oWord

.documents.add(strPathDoc), true

Then I use the

..ActiveDocument.Bookmarks("xpto").Select
..Selection.TypeText "Hello"

To populate the bookmarks in my template.dot.

When I visualize the document "oWord.visible=true", it is
not read only.

I suppose that the "oWord.document.add(strPathDoc), true"
will set the document to read only, but I was wrong.

Can anyone help me?
