BUG SmartNavigation

When I have the SmartNavigation property set to True and
ASP.NET server is under heavy load, a click on any
control that contains a hyperlink - including DataGrid,
Calendar, and LinkButton - cause an additional instance
of Internet Explorer to be started

Can SomeOne help me

Thanks
