Attachment Disposition Bug

I am using the header "content-disposition: attachment " which allows the user to download a file from my ASPX page.

Here is the problem: after the user has responded to the "Save As" dialog box the JScript no longer seems to work in the existing web page. The page is still there but none of the JScript works. Is there a way to refresh that page once someone has downloaded the file?
