Hi,
I have a problem using a hyperlink and a frameset...
When I run the application, and click on the link, the link is displayed in
a new window...
But the strange thing is, I set the target to the target frame....
using an html
Very strang....
Thanx
John
Below the code...
<asp:HyperLin k ID="hlCompanies " runat="server" CssClass="navLi nks"
Target="centerF rame" NavigateUrl="~/Pages/Users/Companies.aspx" >
<frameset cols="*,259,755 ,*" frameborder="no " border="0" framespacing="0 ">
<frame src="./Other/black.htm" frameborder="no " scrolling="no"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 " id="left" />
<frame src="./Navigation/navAll.aspx" frameborder="no " scrolling="auto "
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 " id="navigation " />
<frameset rows="228,*,60" frameborder="no " border="0" framespacing="0 ">
<frame src="./Other/top.aspx" name="top" frameborder="no " scrolling="No"
noresize="nores ize" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 " id="top" />
<frame src="./mainPage.aspx" frameborder="no " scrolling="auto "
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 " id="centerFrame " />
<frame src="./Other/bottem.aspx" name="bottem" frameborder="no "
scrolling="No" noresize="nores ize" marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 "
id="bottem" />
</frameset><frame src="./Other/black.htm" frameborder="no " scrolling="no"
marginwidth="0" marginheight="0 " id="right" />
</frameset> 1 1612
I think I found the problem....
When using a frame with for example 2 columns, everything works fine.
Adding a second frameset gives a problem when linking outside the frameset
with aspx files...
Does anyone know why working with nested frames is a problem with aspx files
?
Thanx
John

On my web page, I have a few hyperlinks with target frame of _blank.
The hyperlink brings up a second window, but everytime I click on thie
hperlink, it keeps bringing up a new window and not defaulting the the
first active window. How do I make a hyperlink point to the active
window? I don not want the hyperlink to default to the same page. I do
want a second window but only a second window and not multiple pages.

When the output method is set to xml, even though I have CDATA around
my JavaScript, the operaters of && and < are converted to XML character
entities which causes errors in my JavaScript. I know that I could
externalize my JavaScript, but that will not be practical throughout
this application. Is there any way to get around this issue? Xalan
processor. Stripped down stylesheet below along with XHTML output.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
