How can i create new users without utilizing the create user wizar

Hi,
Is it possible for me to create new users without using the wizard? I am
using a custom membership as i want to capture more data other than the ones
which are available in the wizard. Is it possible for me to use the custom
membeship create user method? If yes how can i call it ? What should i be
giving the button_click event of my webpage where i capture the data?
Thanks in advance

You can add your own functions to your custom membership provider class.

If your custom membership provider is say MyCustomProvide r, you can get a
reference to that by

MyCustomProvide r mcp = (MyCustomProvid er) Membership.Prov ider;

You can then call mcp.DoMyCreateU ser(...) etc.

A custom membership provider has to impement the interface
requirements of a standard membership provider if it is to be used
transparently. If you need to pass more information than is specified
by the standard Membeship.Creat euser() method then you will have to
write code for a separate function with the required parameters and
call it explicitly.

Does that make any sense?

In short: Is there any way to run Python WITHOUT trying to create .pyc files (or ..pyo) or to have Python not attempt to import the .pyc files it finds? Reason: We have a site-specific package installed on a network drive. When anyone with write access imports this package, the network drive gets spammed with .pyc files.

Greetings: I had seen several posts around the Internet about this issue from a few months back, but have been unable to find a resolution ... I have a user who is trying to get started with Visual Studio.NET 2003. We have uninstalled and reinstalled the Product.... then we did a complete cleanout of development products, re-installed IIS, and reinstalled JUST Visual Studio.NET 2003 with Framework 1.1 (no more 2002 edition or...

I was given the task of designing a complete web based document prep system. In simplest terms (using a msword explanation) create a database of merge fields, and a library of templates. Allow the webuser to select the template, merge his DB record, and produce a formatted document that can be printed or downloaded. We need to do this without specialized software on the client, since it will be universally available to webusers. We...

I've seen plenty of articles on this topic but none of them have been able to solve my problem. I am working with an Access 97 database on an NT4.0 machine, which has many Access reports. I want my users to be able to select a report, click on a command button on a form, which will then automatically create the report as a pdf file and save it to the user's machine. I am using Adobe Acrobat (5.0 I think) and have Adobe Distiller as a

Hi, I have a user that used the Query Wizard to create a query in Access. Now she claims that her master table is missing all the data that was excluded from the query. Can you create anything other than a select query using the Wizard? What do you think happened to her data? I am working remotely until Friday, so I can't get down to her office and check out what she did.

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
