My goal is to attach an image over another image.
Top image should be transparent so the back image is visible through the top
one.
Bellow is a test code in VB.NET. You need to create a form, a button
(Button1) and an Picture Box (picBox).

to exe but support for jpeg and tiff image formats is located in
Qt4.1\plugins\imageformats (dll files) and when script is converted
exe file doesn't support jpeg and tiff.

I am using QuarkXPress on Macintosh to generate EPS Files with Tiff
Preview embedded in it.
I have written some C code to extract Tiff Preview from EPS files
generated which works pretty well.
I want do some image manipulation on the extracted tiff images, for

I have installed PIL 1.1.5 on Windows with Python 2.4. I'm unable to open .tiff
images that I can open and view using Windows Explorer. In other words, this

We are scanning images and saving them as TIFF's in a database. We are
running into some problems because in the creation of the TIFF the
EncoderValue.CompressionLZW is ignored. It does not seem to do anything with
the compression parameter and image size ends up being enormous. An image is
4000kb when creating the TIFF in code compared to 300kb when the scanner
saves the image directly to the hard drive.

I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
