Framework or sample site for SaaS model?

Hi all! I'm looking to offer a software product using the SaaS model. This
of course will require that I build a web site where customers can sign up,
log in, manage their membership and billing options, and of course use the
software over the web.

Can someone recommend a good sample site or other type of site framework
that I can use to quickly build out the software infrastructure for this
site?

In other words, I'm sure things like member sign up, log in, adding/editing
account/billing details and all that typical account/user management stuff
are common elements of web sites these days, especially those that use a
SaaS model. I'd rather not reinvent the wheel. Of course the portion of
the site where I deliver my software as a service would be unique. But many
of the other functions are common and I prefer to leverage existing code as
much as possible.

I've read about DotNetDuke which sounds like it could work somewhat, but it
also sounds more like a content management system. I really am not
interested in a CMS type of site. Mainly I just want to build out the
infrastucture parts of the web site (as mentioned above) using as many
pre-made parts as possible.

Can someone please point me to some resources for this? Commercial solutions
are fine too.

Thanks!!

I have a web service that I converted from VS 2003 Framework 1.1. to VS 2005 Framework 2.0. I tried to use the same IIS web site to run the web service. I deleted the Framework 1.1 files published the 2.0 files changed IIS to use Framework 2.0 and changed the application pool, also restarted IIS. When I try to get to the web service it tells me the file cannot be found. The web service file(asmx) is in the same place and named the same. The...

Some time within the next nine months, there's a pretty good chance I'll have the "opportunity" to port a bond trading system that I wrote - whose front end is currently MS Access - to .NET. Quotes bc I need this like I need another hole in the head. But in the words of one of my esteemed colleagues: "I don't sell programming; I sell happiness." And if this will make my clients happy, that's what floats my boat in the long run.

It appears that one of the latest hot buzzwords is SaaS (Software as a Service). From what I can tell, this looks like nothing more than rebranding of the old ASP model, which fell out of favor. Am I correct, or is there really something new and interesting here?

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
