Hi,
I am creating a new user using the following:
Membership.Crea teUser(tbUserna me.Text, tbPassword.Text , tbEmail.Text,
String.Empty, String.Empty, False, status)
Now I need to add profile data to this. Do I need to authenticate it
before I do so? Something like:
If Membership.Vali dateUser(tbUser name.Text, tbPassword.Text ) Then
FormsAuthentica tion.SetAuthCoo kie(tbUsername. Text, True)
...
I am not sure if this is the right approach.
Maybe I should just find a way to access the profile of the recently
created user and add values to it.
