I've downloaded the polish language pack for .Net Framework 1.1 and I've
installed it. Now I expect to see any exception messages in my native
language but I still get english texts in exception messages.
I think that I should somehow tell my application that it should use the
installed language pack but I have no idea on how to do it (I've read that I
could install more than one language pack so there should be a method to

I love C#. I am so productive in it it's ridiculous. But it's so easy to
write code that uses poor design principles. Example: just making
variables public instead of using properties. Another example: passing
references to forms to other classes so they can modify things (tight
coupling). So in essence, there are so many ways to do things that many of
them are just flat-out poor...

1. For what type of applications is C++ actually used/preferred/
chosen?
2. ANSI C++ doesn't have any support for GUI libraries...usually we
use Qt/Windows API etc..Then when/where do we use C++ in it's "pure"
form (no linking to "any" 3rd party lib)
