When compiled with Visual C++ .NET 2003 (only), the program below aborts as though no matching catch clause is present. If the copy constructor of A is made public, it successfully catches the exception instead. If I step into __CxxThrowException in debug/assembly mode, it looks like the pThrowInfo parameter created by the compiler excluded typeid(A) from pCatchableTypeArray. It would be reasonable to fail to catch A by value because of the...

I have an ASP.NET application that somebody gave it to me
but when I attempt to run it I get the following error in

Hello Everyone,
I am having an issue with my solution and hoping that you all can suggest a
resolution. I have a common library that (A) that three other projects make
reference of (B,C,D). Project B is the windows forms application that also
references C and D. Additionally, C references D and D references C.
What is occurring is that project B cannot build telling me that a read-only
property is declared in project A which is not...

it seems that it is not possible to make a project Reference from a
project class library to a website in the same solution, because the
website doesn't contains any assembly (dll).
So, if in the same solution I have a project of type class librairy
and I want to make a reference to a website that contains any classes
that I need to use, the add reference menu doesn't reference any
project for the website.
Does anyone have a solution ?

My vb compiler complains that my website has an improper reference to an

How can I remove a project references when my web site does not have a
project file?

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
