html editor for update pages contents

Hello,

I develop a Web site ASP.NET which contains dynamic pages (example: News .).
I would want that the administrator of site can add and update contents in
these pages with formatting options (example: colors, fonts.); I believe
that the solution is a small html editor.

Somebody could help me or show me how to make?

Quite other idea will be welcome.

Thank you in advance.

Just a remark: My idea is to integrate the html editor into the
administration interface of the site.

Thank you in advance,

Noro

Hi Noro,

You might want to check out the free editor that comes with DotNetNuke:

I'm not a developer myself, but I am looking for something that maybe one of you guys - has done - knows about - would like to do - yes, I have a small budget for this. :) The basic idea: A browser-based editor for *static* HTML pages, like this:

HELP! I have used many HTML editors but have not found one that handles PHP pages well. Coffee Cup HTML editor used to be my HTML editor of choice, but it will not open pages with the .php extension and when I try to add .php as an extension that it will recognize, it crashes. ANYWAY, what HTML editor will save pages as .php by default? I have tried dreamweaver but it won't default to .php either, at least as near as I can tell. Thanks a...

I'm new to HTML and want to learn the basics by learning to code by hand (with the assistance of an HTML editor to eliminate repetitive tasks). Can anyone recommend a good, basic HTML editor that's a step beyond Notepad (not a WYSIWYG tool). Thanks.

Hello everyone, I'm just wondering what you all use to write and edit your HTML and organize your websites. I currently use Microsoft Frontpage 2003. Hold on! Before you all jump on me for using a Microsoft product, hear me out! :>) Where I used to use Frontpage in WYSISYG mode, I have completely forgone that and now use it in text edit mode. It's actually a pretty powerful html editor. There are certain features that Frontpage...

I would like to create HTML pages using embedded "markers" which represent HTML code that is common to all of my pages. I need a utility which will replace these "markers" with the associated code. This would be a great way to update banners and navigation bars without using frames. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

I need some sage advice. For years I have been using a HTML editor (HomeSite 3) to produce crude web sites, mostly travelogs with text and a few clickable thumbnails leading to larger images. When I get going I usually produce a marginally navigable mess with sub pages and sub-sub pages. Check http://www.davearoundtheworld.org/s_chile/index.html as an example. These crude pages take me a lot of time. I would like to improve my web...

If auto-format is turned off in VS2008, there is apparently no way to indent a line. Under Tools->Options->Text Editor->C#->Formatting, there are three checkboxes. Unchecking those seems to cause this behavior. I'd simply like to have the tab key insert a tab at the beginning of a line. I believe that there were publlished macros for doing this in earlier VS versions, but I expected this to be 'fixed' in VS2008. Yes, I realize someone...

I am using VS.NET 2008. In Dreamweaver you can create page templates (equivalent to Master Pages) and make HTML documents based on them. In VS.NET can you have a HTML file linked to a Master Page?

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Dear forum friends, With the development of smart home technology, a variety of wireless communication protocols have appeared on the market, such as Zigbee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc. Each protocol has its own unique characteristics and advantages, but as a user who is planning to build a smart home system, I am a bit confused by the choice of these technologies. Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
