Hello!
I'm developing a web page that has a goal of providing personal
content, which means that all information should be written in their
own language.
I'm about to finish my Geo targeting system that will identify where
the users are coming from based on their IP address, and for this

I use DB2 8.1 with FixPack 5. In command line for sql I get all DATE
columns only in MM-DD-YYYY format. Of course, DATE('20-12-2003') gives
me an error
SQL0181N The string representation of a datetime value is out of
range.
SQLSTATE=22007

In my code i use the text from a textbox and convert it to a double value.
I was using Convert.ToDouble() but i'm used to convert comma to dot.
This way i can assure the text is correct.
However it seems this convert is determined by the local settings and comma
is indeed used as decimal separator.
Is there another way to convert a dotted value to a double variable?
Like 1234.5 and not 1234,5

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
