Hi
In my vb program, I'll store xml element tag name into vb control tag
property and I'll save the data to xml file using tag value(name of the xml
tag) and control value (value of that control). Is it possible to do same way
in asp.net?
In my asp.net, I have the treeview, once the user clicks the node1, I am
populationg the page1 with some different content and user will fill up some
values to controls and click save, I should save the data to xml file (assume
each control have different tag names). Now the user clicks the node2, again
I am poupating the same screen with different data and now the control tag
(xml tag names) is different, Now i want to save these tag values to same xml
file. I need a sample code, if anyone please provide me a link.

I'm using httpwebresponse and a StringBuilder to return a stream that originates as a file with the .txt suffix (My download code converts the html tags in this text file to well formed XHTML tags). The contents of the file contain html tags and the data in those tags.

Hi,
Any help with this would be really appreciated!
I'm trying to download a file from a remote server. The access
permissions is okay but the problem I'm facing is that the file is
getting downloaded before the Save As dialogue appears. As we will be
downloading some large files, it's unpractical to have this.

I have to create a small addin which works on Powerpoint, Word, Outlook, and Excel on Office 2000, XP, and 2003.
This addin consists in adding 2 new Buttons in the "File" Menu of office. This is properly done, but the events which should be triggered with the button.click method are not triggered in Word.
I don't understand because it properly works in the 3 others host applications.
If someone has an issue, I would be most grateful....

I need a little more help. I don't quite know why my text file or form isn't
closing.
Short version - this program takes data entered into a textbox, user clicks
Save button, Save As dialog box pops open, user selects file to save to,
data *should* save to the file, file close, form close.
