WebClient output redirection

Hi,
I have a GPRS modem and i want to establish a http connection.
I dont want to write the http protocol. I was hoping that i could
redirect
what ever the webclient sends out and redirect to my modem and
hopefully that should save me the trouble of writing my own http app
layer.

any clues on how to do so ?

Cheers
Rishi

I'm writing a console app (in C#) and I want to be able to redirect the standard input/output streams when it's run at a command prompt. IOW I want to support the "<" and ">" redirection syntax. The obvious way to do this is by using the static Console type properties, In and Out. When trying to debug the app in the IDE however, this doesn't appear to work. I've edited the project properties and added the necessary text to the "command...

Hi, We are struggeling to upload a file through a C# webClient into JBoss web server. Meanwhile we are able to upload a file from the webserver itself. The problem is only with C# webClient . The code is pretty simple. string uriString = saveTargetToAddress.Text; string postData = textOutput.Text; try

I'm writing a console utility to download specific files from web sites based on the command line options. In most cases, I can trap the 404 error when the file isn't available because the operator mistyped the URL or it's offline for whatever reason. The problem I'm running into is with certain sites where the admin has set up a redirect to handle the 404 condition and redirects the request to another page. In this case, the...

Hi all, I'm having problem with WebClient class. I need to upload file to server to a server url. But, when i call the URL, the webserver will redirect the WebClient class to another URL (Actual URL) for it to upload the file. I'm having problem with this because i found out that the webclient class won't upload the file to the second page. It is redirected because they are using load balancer to handle the traffic.

I'm having a problem with the WebClient object. When I post data to certain sites, it will receive a command from the webserver (object moved) and continue to the next link by downloading that. The problem is, certain cookies need to be set, and the only way of doing that is not letting the WebClient automatically go on to the next GET in the background--I need to do it manually. I'm wondering if this has something to do with the...

I read many examples with NetworkCredential and WebClient, but no one with a real http address. They all work in theory, but I wasn't able to use them in the real world. The following code should access an ebay page. There is no redirection involved in TestPage. If you have an ebay account you can try it in 1 minute. What's wrong with my code?

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
