Trouble developing on remote web server.

Running VS.NET 2003 on WinXP pro. Created ASP.NET Web App on remote Win2003
Server. Installed remote debugging tools on server. When I try to run the
app, I get the following error.

"Error while trying to run project: unable to start debugging on the web
server. Not enough storage is available to complete this operation."

I've checked disk space both on the development box and the server. Plenty
(gigs) of space available. Is there anything else that could be causing this
error?

Thanks.

I am experiencing the same problem. Did you find a solution? Does anyone
else have information on this issue?

Thanks,

Nathan

Up until now I have been developing my ASP .NET web applications on the same machine as the client and then using 'Copy Project' or Web Setup to transfer the application.. This also included the SQL 2000 Server. Now I wish to operate Visual Studio on my client but to use a Web Server and Sql Server on another part of my network. What changes are required and what impact will this have in terms of debugging? Regards

Hello all, I am developing an application that accesses a hosted web service, and I am developing it in a network that is behind ISA 2004. I was wondering if there are any other special properties I need to set in my code, other than the proxy-server address, to get this application to connect to the remote server; or if there are properties that need to be set on the ISA server itself to allow my application through? Below is a sample...

All I've been asked run a VM on my development machine, with Windows Server 2003 installed. I've also been asked to then develop against this environment from the host machine, using Visual Studio 2003. Questions: 1. Is it even possible to use VS 2003 to develop when all files and IIS are on a remote machine or VM?

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
