Not sure if I'm in the right thread but here goes.
I have an ASP.Net web page with a datagrid. The code behind is C#.
If the datagrid has no records the datagrid header section is still shown.
What I need is to hide all of the datagrid if there are no records.

Hi,
I am trying to hide the datagrid row header (the left most column that has
the 'select' triangle in it which moves with the selected row). It seems to
be fairly simple; this.dgStockMasterSummary.RowHeadersVisible = false;
however it doesn't hide it. Hiding the column headers works just fine.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Hi All,
I am using Data binding with DataGrid. I need to hide column in the grid
using
DataGrid1.Columns(1).Visible = False
But I get the following error message
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the
current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information
about the error and where it originated in the code.

Hi,
I would like to hide a column in a web datagrid (with
create columns automatically at runtime checked), and I
cannot refer to the columns collection like this:
DataGrid1.Columns(0).Visible = False
(the message at runtime is something like index out of
range, and under the debuger, I discover that the
attribute count of the columns collection is 0!)
Below is my piece of code.

How do I hide the rowselector on a datagrid?
Also, it there a way of changing its width?
By row selector, I mean the that grey column on the left hand side, where
the arrow appears when you click into a row.
Thanks

Does anyone know how I could hide a column in a DataGrid? To make the
problem harder I am using AutoGenerateColumns="True" so I don't know
how to find the control using document.getElementById(ControlID) and
then hiding it by using display:none;
Anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks for the help.

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...

Hello
I'm a network technician in training and I need your help.
I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs.
The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols.
I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
