On my web page, I have a few hyperlinks with target frame of _blank.
The hyperlink brings up a second window, but everytime I click on thie
hperlink, it keeps bringing up a new window and not defaulting the the
first active window. How do I make a hyperlink point to the active
window? I don not want the hyperlink to default to the same page. I do
want a second window but only a second window and not multiple pages.

While dynamically creating the table; I am adding a hyperlink as a TableCell
where text is "Delete". Initially it is disabled and if a checkbox is
selected from a table then it gets enabled. Even though it is disabled, if I
click on that cell it fires onClick event.
The other concern is it does not show Hand as its cursor; which we would
expect from a hyperlink. (NOTE: I am also adding hyperlinks to few other
TableCells, which are not...

Hi everybody !
I have a little repeater/hyperlink issue I'm not sure how to solve.
I use a repeater to list subjects available at a specific school.
The datasource of this repeater is a dataset filled with info from a
SQL Server database.
All the subjects are displayed as hyperlinks, and when a user clicks a
subject, it opens up a new browser with the website specific to that
subject (ie the specific department website).

I am using asp .net 2.0. I have a hyperlink asp control on my web page
page1.aspx.
On clicking this hyper;link, I would like to open page2.aspx (which is
in the same web application) in a new IE window without scrollbars,
status bar, tool bar and with specified height and width.
Can it be done on "onload" event of the page2.aspx in javascript?

I hope I can make this clear. I have a combo box that allows the user to query an IP address. They type in an IP address and the results are returned via a form that allows them to click on the IP address in a box and go to that printers web page. The problem is on the table where the query is based from, in the hyperlink column, I entered in the respective IP addresses and enabled the hyperlink for the column. However if the user enters in the...

Hi
I have a GridView that is displaying master records. Some of these records
have child records.
I would like to a column to my master GridView such that for each master
record that has detail records, it displays a hyperlink that then takes the
user to the details page. If a master record doesn't have any children, I
just want it to display its ID with no hyperlink.

Most computers default to English, but sometimes we require a different language, especially when relocating. Forgot to request a specific language before your computer shipped? No problem! You can effortlessly switch the default language on Windows 10 without reinstalling. I'll walk you through it.
First, let's disable language synchronization. With a Microsoft account, language settings sync across devices. To prevent any complications,...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it.
Here is my compilation command:
g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp
Here is the code in...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own....
Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
