Access to the path Microsoft.NET Framework ASP.NET Files is denied.

Anyone know how to fix this problem? I'm running Windows
Server 2003 with MS Sharepoint Portal Server 2003. After
installing, I'm trying to access the "Sharepoint Central
Administration" web page and I get this error:

Access to the
path "D:\WINDOWS\Mic rosoft.NET\Fram ework\v1.1.4322
\Temporary ASP.NET Files\root\ad62 3ef9\1f9bb075" is
denied.

Have you checked permissions on the folder? The ASPNET account needs full
access to the "D:\WINDOWS\Mic rosoft.NET\Fram ework\v1.1.4322 \Temporary
ASP.NET Files" folder.

After compiling my asp.net project I'm receiving a "BC31011 - Access is denied" error when attempting to run or debug. The only thing that seems to resolve problem is IISReset. After a reset my project runs fine for several compiles then the error starts up again...and another iisreset. I seem to recall a similar issue a long time back which required turning off indexing, which I have had off since (I just re-checked to confirm it is...

I am developing an ASP.NET web service application. It works fine on my WinXP Prof development machine. But when I send it to a Windows Server 2003 system I get the following error (attached below). I suppose I have some kind of permissions issue on the server? What recommendations can anyone propose? Thanks, -- Bruce

Hi; I created a virtual directory in IIS 6.0 and my asp.net app runs fine. But when it tries to write a file I get: Access to the path is denied. - C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\RunReportASP\images C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\RunReportASP is the directory of my virtual directory for my app. In it's properties I did check "Write" as a permission. Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Let's talk about the concept of autonomous AI software engineers and no-code agents. These AIs are designed to manage the entire lifecycle of a software development project—planning, coding, testing, and deployment—without human intervention. Imagine an AI that can take a project description, break it down, write the code, debug it, and then launch it, all on its own.... Now, this would greatly impact the work of software developers. The idea...
