dynamic dropdownlist ddl in asp.net using framework 1.1

Hey all,
I need your help on a simple problem. I have taken over an asp.net project. One of the changes being made to the original plan is a user is able to select a "qualifier" from a dropdownlist (nothing special, just less typing and trying to remove human error from the equation). The ddl will go into a datagrid and for continuity's sake I was going to bind the data using a line like this

<asp:DropDownList id="ddlQualifier" Runat="server" datasource='<%# DataBinder.Eval(Container.DataItem, "my problem is here") %>' datatextfield="QualValue" datavaluefield="QualID"></asp:DropDownList>

The "my problem is here" is a variable that I do not know how to code. This ddl has it's own table named tb_Qualifiers with column1 name = QualID and column2 name = QualValue (examples--

very simple, but somehow I cannot grasp what the attribute needs to be. Please help. Also, the code behind is c#.
