Verify digital signature using PSE or CRT file

Hi!
Is there a way in ASP to verify digital signature by using one of
public keys contained within the application's PSE (Personal Security
Environment) file?
Or if this is not possible, can it be verified by using the public key
itself, the CRT file?
Thanks in advance!
Kind regards,
Igor Barbaric
