Webservice cant submit the request

Hello all,

I have serious problem and have no idea how to solve it, of course :)
I have Web Service which has master page. This side is the client side. On master page there are some submit buttons, comboBoxes to choose language e.t.c. and also link to another page. If I click at link to some page, but just on my computer, it all goes well. But if I try it on PC which is connected to my customer´s network, Web Service should send request to server and get back the answer. But it doent work.

I believe that its hard to imagine or to understand.
I am also not exactly sure how to describe this problem.

Globaly it could be explained like: "Web Service cant get answer from server"
or "Web Service submit doesnt work".

I dont really know. Trying to solve this shit for about three weeks and nothing.

Thanks for any help.
Zdenek.

hi ng, i try to invoke a webservice-method with an filter-object, that contains value types. if i don´t want to filter the return value of the method, i have to pass a new instance of the filter-object without setting any properties. but the value type-properties can´t be null and the filter is set to 0 (int) or false (bool). therefore i did implement the propertySpecified-pattern like this:

Hi all, I am trying to consuming a .NET web service from a standard (classic) ASP page. I have come across a few articles which describe that it can be done as follows (after installing the Soap Toolkit 2.0): <html> <head> <title>Calling a webservice from classic ASP, using the SOAP Toolkit</title> <body>

Hi all, I have a webservice that's running on a specific port (8003) in webserver behind a firewall. The service accesses a CC authorization service on the internet. We use a proxy to get out to the internet. We have a domain name registered for this webservice. So my WSDL gives me the following: http://ourdomain.com:8003/ProcessCC.asmx

I have a webservice that I wanted to return an ArrayList..Well the service compiles and runs when I have the output defined as ArrayList, but the WSDL defines the output as an Object so I was having a problem in the calling program. I searched online and found suggestions that I return an Array instead so I modified my code (below) to return an Array instead of an ArrayList. Now I get the message when I try to run just my webservice...

Hi, I'm trying to include some user credentials for accessing a remote webservice. The remote location requires that I use Basic authentication, which means, from browsing around, I need to include the user name and password in the HTTP header, but I'm not quite sure how to access the HTTP header that is sent with the webservice soap message request. Can anyone help?

Hi, I have a web serivce created that contains several methods that are NON-PRIMITIVE types - meaning I cannot test it directly from the browser. So, I thought of devloping a client application in .NET that can submit the XML request and receive the response. I created the application and it works; but the problem is, the user have to frame the XML each time as TEXT (build the XML) and then submit it which takes a long time. Is there a...

I have been reading all the forums and understand whats going wrong but am not sure how to fix it. I have written a basic doc/literal web service. But when it is called by a .net client it will return NULL. I used proxytrace to check the data that goes back and forward. I can see my request and response. See below at the bottom. I believe that this error occurs because of a problem .Net has in reading my doc/literal WSDL. Or my Axis...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
