I'm reading an XML file on our web server using a DataSet. I then bind it
to a DataGrid. What's the proper method of releasing the lock on the file?
DataSet ds = new DataSet();
ds.ReadXML(fileName);
dg.DataSource = ds;

Hi there
I am having trouble deleting an uploaded file that I have just written to
disc. I am using the SaveAs method of a HttpPostedFile to write the file to
disc, then straight after I'm trying to use kill(FILE) to delete it. I
get the error "The process cannot access the file "FILE.JPG" because it is
being used by another process."
If I use the Explorer-program to try and delete the file afterwards I get

I am trying to make sure that an MDB is not in use and then delete it. If
it is in use, I want to automatically disconnect all the users and then
delete the file.

For some reason my service works fine except that it will create the
file in my c drive, but will not write to the file.
Sorry if this is a duplicate post, i have found some that ask the same
question - but noone seems to answer.
Do i need to do anything specific to write to a text file from a
windows service, much appreciated.

Sorry for maybe a too simple a question but I googled and also checked my
reference O'Reilly Learning Python
book and I did not find a satisfactory answer.
When I use readlines, what happens if the number of lines is huge? I have
a very big file (4GB) I want to
read in, but I'm sure there must be some limitation to readlines and I'd
like to know how it is handled by python.

When using SmtpClient and sending a message with an attached file using
SendAsync(...), if I add File.Delete(pathToAttachedFile) in the
SendCompleted event handler I get a file in use exception. Is there a
way to overcome this problem?

I have a minor problem locating an image file to load as a Bitmap.
A resource file "NudeSusan.jpeg" (which I think is actually a bmp
file, originally taken from a jpeg of model Susan Spears) is loaded
