There is no ASP processing in this script, so I can only assume the problem
is in one of your includes. Try removing one to see if it is causing the
problem. Continue doing so until you locate the culprit.

There could be a number of things causing this -- infinite loop, long wait
for a database to connect or return records and circular references come to
mind.

Hi, I need to capture the Script timeout error if that is possible. I know I can increase the timeout value in the server settings or in the scripts itself but I really want to make sure that no timeout situation will results as the standard script timeout error page. Can we do this ?? Help please.

I've been working on a script that finds and updates a record in database based on the user's input. When I try it I get this error: Active Server Pages, ASP 0113 (0x80004005) The maximum amount of time for a script to execute was exceeded. Yo can change this limit by specifying a new value for the propert Server.ScriptTimeout or by changing the value in the IIS administratio tools. As I can't post a message for some reason whenever...

I'm not a proffessional programmer and I'm asking for your help. I'm using PHP and running Apache server and Mysql database server on my home network computer to serve my web site. My PHP error log is getting as big as more than 1MB daily. Looks like somebody is bombarding my site with strange requests constantly and I believe it is slowing my server. I'm correct? If so, how I can get rid of that?Below is example of my error log: client sent...

"Active Server Pages error 'ASP 0113' Script timed out" I am still getting this error, and I am not sure how I could fix this. When I execute the query at SQL 2005, it only takes 8 seconds. The stored procedure for this report has been already went through Database Engine Tuning Advisor to put all the necessary indexes on the associated tables.

I am constantly getting the 'Script timed out' error, and would like to see if there is any way I could modify the ASP page. I think I did all I could to improved the performance at the database table level, but when it comes to the ASP, the error occurs most of time. This error happens when this ASP page has been moved to a new server. I modified the "server.ScriptTimeout = " at the ASP and also at IIS. The report does not retrieve...

Hello folks, I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>". The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed. This is as boiled down as I can make it. Here is my compilation command: g++-12 -std=c++20 -Wnarrowing bit_field.cpp Here is the code in...

Overview: Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not. For most users, this new feature is actually very convenient. If you want to control the update process,...

Hello I'm a network technician in training and I need your help. I am currently learning how to create and manage the different types of VPNs and I have a question about LAN-to-LAN VPNs. The last exercise I practiced was to create a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two Pfsense firewalls, by using IPSEC protocols. I succeeded, with both firewalls in the same network. But I'm wondering if it's possible to do the same thing, with 2 Pfsense firewalls...
