I am trying to create a VB.NET Windows application to move some data from a
local Access DB table to a table in a SQL Server. The approach I am trying
is to open an OLEDB connection to the local Access DB and then add a Linked
Table pointing to the table on the SQL Server and then run an "Insert Into

Have an SQL create/import script. Running this on SQL would make it
create a table with some values. Can Access2003 somehow use such and
SQL script?
I went into SQL query view to try it out, but the amount of data was
too big to paste in according to Access.
Sample data:

Hello,
I am a newbye, and I'm trying to write a simple application.
I have five tables with three columns; all tables are identical; I need to
change some data in the first table and let VB updates the same data in all
other four tables in the right places.
I know it would be possible by using the ForeignKeyConstraint object. I have
created...

Hello,
Lately I've been using the mx.ODBC module to query Access (mdb) tables. For
the life of me, I can't get the 'create table' sql command to work. I use
this command in Oracle and I've seen other mx.ODBC users weave into their
scripts for Access. But I still can't get this simple test run below to work
(ignore the geoprocessor object for...

Hello folks,
I am unable to find appropriate documentation on the type promotion of bit-fields when using the generalised comparison operator "<=>".
The problem is that using the GNU compilers, it seems that the internal comparison operator "<=>" tries to promote arguments from unsigned to signed.
This is as boiled down as I can make it. ...

Overview:
Windows 11 and 10 have less user interface control over operating system update behaviour than previous versions of Windows. In Windows 11 and 10, there is no way to turn off the Windows Update option using the Control Panel or Settings app; it automatically checks for updates and installs any it finds, whether you like it or not.
