Hello Friends,
I am getting the following error.
java.sql.SQLException: ORA-00020: maximum number of processes (100)
exceeded
I am closing all my resultsets and all my connections in the try
block.
should i close ResultSets and Connections in the catch block aswell?.

I've got my database set up in SQL 2000, and have started an Access adp
for a front end. I have 10 licenses, and at the moment the only
accesses are the server through Remote Desktop and one person into the
ADP. I started getting ODBC timeout errors when running a complex

Basically we have a web method with a dynamic URL. The client is developed
in C++ and I've been using the webReference.SetUrl(
"http://test.example.com..." ) method successfully with various web method
URLs.
However, when we switched to using a secure connection, the call to
webReference.SetUrl( "https://test.example.com..." ) no longer functions.

My problem: I need to call (from C code) an arbitrary C library
function, but I don't know until runtime what the function name is,
how many parameters are required, and what the parameters are. I can
use dlopen/whatever to convert the function name into a pointer to
that function, but actually calling it, with the right number of
parameters, isn't easy.

Hi all,
We have a webservice (service1), which calls another
webservice(service2) from another orginization. Our end users make
requests throught service1. When service2 receives a quest, it puts
all the request information into a database. The request will be
picked up from a sheduler which is installed in 8 different servers.
The response is very slow if we have many requests.

I've installed a fresh DB2 V9.1 server (Express-C). Now I see, that the
number of applications (db2 list applications) is growing all the times
when a script is run which makes some database operations. This is on
Linux.
I tested the same script against an older DB2 V7 on AIX and the number
of applications (db2bp) is growing by one, but then the db2bp
disappears, so the number of applications is not growing all the time.
