One Report with a Query Button after input

1 New Member
I am new to Access... I would like to make a form or report that has 4 input fields (loc, wkc, date begin, date end) at the top, and a macro button below it running queries off tables based on those parameter values.

The reason I am trying to do this is because the same input fields are required on all queries (5 queries, 4 building tables 1 combining data), and I do not want my users inputting the same thing multiple times. It will also be handy to come in the report form with the information at the top for recordkeeping

You would do this on a form and then open each report from there. However, you failed to tell us what your question was so we can't even begin to help you.
