Validation Rule - Same name different people

I have a table (LOG) with the Fields First Name, MI, and Last Name. My primary key is an Autonumber, but I would like to prevent duplicate name entries. Can I create a validation rule that will alert the user of a duplicate entry, but still allow the duplicate name to be entered after the user verifies it is two different people?

Any help is appreciated

This is the max you can do, the real verification is up to the user...
