Validation Rule - Same name different people

P: n/a
I have a table (LOG) with the Fields First Name, MI, and Last Name. My primary key is an Autonumber, but I would like to prevent duplicate name entries. However I have several names (like Jose Rodriguez or John Smith) that are exactly the same but represent different people. Can I create a validation rule that will alert the user of a duplicate entry, but still allow the duplicate name to be entered after the user verifies it is two different people?

Any help is appreciated

In a similar case I have two subforms on my Persons form:

1) All persons with same Family name (I've added birthdate and firstname)
2) All persons living in same zipcode district (I've added street and town)

This is the max you can do, the real verification is up to the user...
