How to calculate a persons age on 31 Dec every year?

I need to determine the age of the persons in my tblcyclistdetail, as on the 31st December every year. The age of the person will therefore only change once per year on the system, and that's on January 1. It must not change if his birthdate is on any other date and is therefore the maximum age of a person for the year.
form = frmcyclistdetail
relevant fields = Birthdate; age
table = tblcyclistdetail

Just use dateserial(year(Date()),12,31) to subtract the DayOfBirth from.
