Default font settings

Is there a way to change the default font setting for reports and/or forms in MS Access 2003? If not, can I set up a Template and use it for all forms/reports?

You can certainly set up a template. Create your base form and report. Then make them your template under Tools -> Options -> Forms/Reports.
