How to count occurrence of two cells value in a worksheet

P: 1
I have an excel(2002) worksheet with 5 columns and 800 rows with random cells values. I would like to count how many cells in the worksheet have values like A1 & A2. For example, if A1=3, A2=11, C19=3, C20=11, A102=3, A103=11 then count value is 3. and so on.

Thanks for help.

  1. Wouldn't the Count Value = 4?
  2. Is this being done within Excel or Access?
