view the database

I have a software.When I click on the exe file.I am able to open the application and see an .ldb file in the source folder but I am not able to find the database file(.mdb).I want to see the database records.Please help me to do it.

Not really sure of exactly what you're saying, as Access databases don't have "exe" files. But try this:

Press and hold down the <Shift> key, and while holding it down, open your database. Don't release <Shift> until the database has completely loaded. Hopefully you'll see the database window, listing tables. forms, etc. Now on the menu goto Tools - Startup and tick all checkboxes.

Exit Access, and try opening the database in the normal fashion.
