Reports from a Form

P: 1
Hi everyone:

I have designed a form to save media and press mentions in access.
however I d like to produce reports of daily media mentions .
the database is going to be used by people that should not know MS access, and therefore I need to automate it.
do you know how to do it???
is there any chance to produce automatic reports from daily logs?
furthermore is it possible to produce reports from a search engine based on the reports?

Also, I cannot find proper help articles on the internet, so if anyone has any articles on this, that would be useful.

Hi Fred

I'm afraid it's not very clear from your question exactly what you are asking.

If you are worried about your users lack of knowledge you can create a frontend database which links to the relevant table(s) and has a report predesigned to report the current days results only. You can set the database to open with a basic form showing which has a command button the user can press to preview/print the report.
