multiple column combobox with multiple bound columns or none. 3 field primary key

P: 3
I have a table that has a 3 field primary key. Company , Last Name first Name

I have a combobox that lists all three and populates 3 textboxes based upon the selected item. The problem seems to be that if I select a company with many employees it only selects the top row of the employeees. So if I have
compA bob bob
compB steve steve
And I select steve I get bob?
If I change the bound column to First name and there are multiple steves i get the top one not the one I selected.
Any ideas?

Having a three field primary key is a very bad idea.

Have a look at this tutorial.
