Access 2003 Help Needed.

Hi All,
I hope some one can help me on this.
I have two tables in access one which holds the business name and address and the second table with extra fields that I need for the database.

What I want to do is on a form is have a Combo box that links to the table that holds the business details. (Name, Address Postcode) and when I select the Business name it will auto fill the rest of the fields on the form. Could anyone please help me.

Thanks.

Normally you would create a query that pulls the data you wish to see. Set the BusinessID criteria in this query to Forms![YourFormName]![YourComboBoxName].

The combo box will be unbound, will have two columns. The bound column will be #1, column widths 0",1.75", RowSource set to SELECT BusinessID, BusinessName FROM tblBusiness.

The other controls on your form will be bound to the values from your query that correspond to what you wish to see...

Regards,
Scott
