problem in creating new data

i have a problem. i have one table entry called T_EntryData, which is use for stored invoice number. i also have ODBC which is link to T_EntryData. the T_EntryData is stored the invoice number and before it stored, i will check whether the invoice number already exist before, if yes, i will stored in the T_EntryData. now, i have create a tables name T_PendingInv. and i want the invoice number that is not exist in theT_EntryData will stored in the T_PendingInv. my ODBC name is db_ArTrnDetails.
