Custom Toolbar Change Password

Hi everyone:

I created a custom toolbar called Password, so users can change their
password. I used the Command "User and Group Accounts". I know the
user can not change anything in the Tab "Users" or "Groups" in the
"User and Group Accounts" and can only use the tab "Change Logon
Password", but can I force a tab selection to the tab "Change Logon
Password" and disable the other two tabs? Or does anyone know of an
alternative way to give the user access to change their password in a
custom Toolbar?

Any help appreciated.

PS

I dont use the Access User/Group to contorl the users, password, and
rights per se. I have a tUser table that among otehr thing has teh
user passwords and their rights level to various parts of the
database. I have coded a ccontrol panel form that allows the user to
change their password. In fact they HAVE TO change it from the
default password (in my case "1111") when they first log in.
