Print Button not working in Access

88 New Member
I have a custom toolbar with a print button on it that pops up when the user is print previewing a report. I used the print command under the file list on the custom menu window when building it. For some reason, when I push the button it prints, but when any other users open the database and preview the report they can't print. They also can't print from the file menu. Any ideas?

I can't think of any reason why it wouldn't work unless they don't have a default printer on their computer.

That's what I was thinking too. We sent it out to the client for a test and it came back without any issues so I'm thinking it was just that one person who told me it didn't work, because everyone else got it to work.
