List Box and Forms

84
This is kinda of a repeat of a previous question but I think I am looking for a different result. Here's my issue. I created a table (Table A) that contains 4 columns. Service, Node, Address, Server. I created a form that has a list box (LIST1). LIST1 contains the Server infomation from Table A. I want to add another list box (LIST2) that will display the Address information from Table A. However I want that information to be based on what the operator selects in LIST1. ex. If you select Server1 in List1 you should see in LIST2 addresses 170.xx.xx.xxx, 170,yy,yy,yyy. If you select Server2 in List1 you should see in LIST2 addresses 171.ww.ww.www, 171.zz.zz.zzz. Is there a way to make this happen?

The idea you describe is known as Cascading Combo boxes. Here's a link to a tutorial on this concept at this very forum!

Have a read and try it, then come back if you have any questions/problems.

Good Luck!
