Export db object using VBA

Is there any way to push a form/module/macro to an external database
via VBA?
I'd like to be able to copy my production version down and push all
the modules/utilities that I use for development to it (including a
function to relink tables to the dev versions); currently I am opening
the production copy, importing all the modules, and running the relink
code manually.

If I understand you correctly, you're doing it wrong. You should split
the application in front-end and back-end, and then just replace the
front-end once a new version has been beta tested and approved for
release to production.
